Can a care home pay to appear higher in the results?

No. A care home cannot pay for a higher position, a more favourable analysis, a better verdict or inclusion in a recommendation. If RightCareHome offers a separate paid service to a provider, it must remain separate from family-facing search and analysis.

Where does the information come from?

We use available public and official sources, including CQC records, Companies House filings and other relevant datasets. Profiles show the evidence available for that home; not every source covers every home, and public records can be delayed.
